DMK Enzyme Therapy is the treatment that encompasses the mission of DMK, which is to work with the functionality of the cells under the skin to present healthy skin on the epidermis! Combined with home care, your skin will thrive!
So what's DMK Enzyme Therapy?
This treatment involves applying an amino acid based enzyme mask that sits on the skin for 45 minutes, over this 45 minute period the mask hardens and creates a cement like shell over the skin. During the treatment, your skin is going through a variety of things; DMK enzyme therapy creates a “reverse osmosis” action. It is a back flushing action which forces fluid through the membranes around the cells flushing out impurities. It does this by utilizing transfer messenger enzymes. These are cells that communicate with each other, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage while delivering fresh, oxygenated blood to the skin. You’re left with a clean, clear and healthy environment for cells to thrive and function at an optimal level.
You have patches of skin on your body (the skin under your upper arm near your armpit is a good place to see this) which has not been as affected environmentally as your face. DMK therapy can treat your skin, returning it to it’s genetic potential – that is, the same condition as your unexposed skin.
What can DMK Enzyme Therapy help with?
DMK Enzyme Therapy reduces pigmentation, scarring, acne, rosacea whilst tightening and smoothing the skin. DMK treatments oxygenate, strengthen, nourish and tone the skin. What happens post treatment?
What to expect post treatment: Immediately after your treatment there will be a visible effect called “plasmatic effect” (see photo to the left!). This is an awesome sight to see but don’t worry – it quickly fades. What it means is that at that moment your skin has achieved homeostasis or perfect balance. Your skin will feel lifted, fresh, hydrated, plumped, and healthier. You will then be recommended a routine of supportive skin care to guarantee the optimum results from this treatment.
How Much?
Individual DMK Enzyme Therapy Treatments with The Holistica Hive are 120-minute appointments that area $250 per treatment. With that you will also receive a tailored skin regimen and treatment plan, to help you better understand your skin and skin needs!
